Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice

1. ABSOLUTE OWNERSHIP & PARAMOUNT DOCUMENT

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice ("IP Notice") is the paramount and definitive document governing all intellectual property matters between you and Web Dance Pty. Ltd (ABN 50 666 082 079) ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). It supersedes all other documents and terms on intellectual property matters. The AISOF™ (AI Integrity & Secure Operations Frameworks) ecosystem, including its name, structure, controls, methodology, assessment criteria, taxonomy, logic, questionnaire, scoring engine, reports, certificates, and all related materials, is the exclusive, proprietary, and closed asset of the Company.

2. DEFINITION OF AISOF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

"AISOF Intellectual Property" means, collectively and without limitation:

  • The AISOF™ trademark, name, logos, and all related branding
  • The AISOF™ framework, standard, methodology, and control set
  • All assessment questionnaires (including the AISOF-7000 AI Model Certificate (the "AI Model Certificate") and AISOF-3300)
  • The scoring engine, algorithms, and risk assessment models
  • All Outputs generated by the Services (including Risk Reports and Certificates)
  • The SaaS Platform (app.webdance.com.au) and all its code, interfaces, and functionality
  • All educational materials, documentation, and course content
  • Any data, insights, or aggregated information derived from the Services

3. LIMITED RIGHTS GRANTED TO USERS

By using our Services, you are granted only the following limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable rights:

For All Users

  • Access to use the SaaS Platform for its intended self-assessment and certification purposes
  • Display of earned AI Model Certificates or Course Completion Certificates according to display guidelines
  • Internal use of assessment reports for your organization's governance purposes

Strict Prohibitions

The following uses are expressly and absolutely prohibited:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or deriving source code from the Services
  • Creating derivative works, competing frameworks, or alternative standards based on AISOF™
  • Using AISOF™ materials to train or develop competing products or services
  • Issuing any "AISOF™-aligned", "AISOF™-ready", or similar certifications to third parties
  • Commercializing any product or service that incorporates AISOF™ IP without explicit written license

4. OUTPUTS & CERTIFICATES

All Outputs generated by the Services (including Risk Reports, AI Model Certificate, Course Completion Certificates, and verification data) are Service Content owned exclusively by the Company. You receive only a limited display license for certificates you earn. You do not own, and may not reproduce or distribute, the underlying assessment methodology, scoring, or framework logic contained in any Output.

Certificate Display License

When you earn an AI Model Certificate or Course Completion Certificate, you may:

  • Display the certificate on your organization's website
  • Use it in compliance documentation and proposals
  • Share the verification URL for validation purposes

You may not modify the certificate, claim broader rights than granted, or use it to imply partnership or endorsement by the Company.

5. USER CONTENT LICENSE GRANT

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, and perpetual license to use your User Content to:

  • Provide, improve, secure, and promote the Services to you
  • Train and improve our models, algorithms, and the AISOF™ standard using de-identified or aggregated data
  • Conduct internal business purposes and research & development

This license survives termination of your account and use of the Services.

6. AISOF ASSESSMENT PACKS (NAMED-LICENSEE MATERIALS)

AISOF assessment packs (the standard documentation issued for AISOF-3100, 3300, 3350, 3360, 3370, 3380 and 3390) are supplied only on request, are subject to manual approval by the Company, and are licensed on the following additional terms:

  • Named licensee only. Each pack is licensed solely to the named individual and the organisation stated on the request. The licence is personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable.
  • Individually marked and traceable. Every copy we issue is personalised and carries, on each page, the licensee's name, organisation, email, a unique reference number, and the date obtained. We also retain a cryptographic hash of both the master document and the exact copy issued to you, so any leaked copy can be traced back to the recipient.
  • No sharing, copying, or redistribution. You must not forward, publish, upload, resell, or otherwise make a pack available to any person outside the named licensee, including within your own organisation, without our prior written consent.
  • No removal of markings. You must not remove, obscure, alter, or crop the licence line, reference number, or any other identifying marking.
  • Revocation. We may revoke a pack licence at any time. On revocation you must cease use and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

Receiving an assessment pack does not confer AISOF certification, conformance, accreditation, or any endorsement, and does not grant any right in the AISOF Intellectual Property beyond the limited internal-reference use described above.

7. ENFORCEMENT & REMEDIES

Violation of these intellectual property terms constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. The Company reserves all rights and remedies, including:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to Services
  • Revocation of any issued certificates
  • Legal action for infringement, including injunctive relief and recovery of damages, costs, and legal fees on an indemnity basis
  • Reporting to applicable authorities for willful infringement

8. GOVERNANCE & UPDATES

This IP Notice is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The Company may update this Notice at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
